1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account details — your name, email address, password hash, and plan.
• Billing information — handled by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. We receive transaction records but never see or store your full card details.
• Project and client data — the client records, project briefs, deliverables, proposals, contracts, and invoices you create or upload.
• Lead data — the lead details you paste into Lead Scout, such as a bio, job post, message, or call notes, so it can be analyzed and scored.
• Usage data — logs of how the service is used, including AI run counts, for billing, support, and reliability.

2. How we use it

We use your information to power agent functionality — scoring leads you paste in, drafting proposals and replies, generating invoices, and tracking milestones — and to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We also use it to process your Kelavo subscription payment, provide support, and send service messages about your account. We do not sell your data or your clients' data, and we do not share it for advertising.

3. Lead data you provide

Lead Scout only analyzes the lead details you actively paste into it — Kelavo does not scrape, browse, or automatically collect data from LinkedIn, Upwork, or any other third-party site, and there is no browser extension.

Whatever you paste in — a bio, a job post, a message, or notes from a call — is stored under your account and handled exactly as the rest of your account data under this policy.

4. AI processing & third-party models

When an agent runs, the relevant content is sent to Anthropic's API for processing and the result is returned to your account.

Your data is not used to train third-party or shared AI models. It is used only to produce output for your own Kelavo account.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active, so your agents retain the context they need.

If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain records — for example, transaction records kept for tax and accounting obligations. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Kelavo:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• Anthropic — AI processing for agent actions.
• LemonSqueezy — payment processing and subscription billing for your Kelavo plan.
• Resend — transactional and notification email delivery.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, and receive a copy in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email us using the address at the bottom of this page. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the service to function — keeping you signed in and maintaining your session — and, where enabled, analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.

9. Children's privacy

Kelavo is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service develops or as legal requirements change. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account holders by email.
